- Simple Service Call - less than 30 minutes work onsite, includes trip fee to clients location and minimal work with a quick fix, replacing, troubleshooting devices and / or resetting security system @ $65.00
- Standard Service Call - more than 30 minutes, less than 1 hours work onsite, includes trip fee to clients location moderate service technical work, @ $95.00
- Additional Standard Technical Service Hours - additional time needed to complete standard technical service call with technical service not using Manual Hard Labor. Service Technical hours are billed in 20 min increments rounded up, @ $90.00 per hour
- Manual Hard Labor Work - Includes: ladder work, heavy tool work, attic work, lift work, pulling wire, and doing installation of security systems. Hours are billed in 20 min increments rounded up, @$195.00 per hour
